Identify every marker by touch — and keep the cap from rolling away.

These 3D printed Braille toppers slide onto the back end of Crayola Fine Line Classic markers. Each topper carries the color name in raised print on one side and Grade 1 Braille on the other, so a blind or low-vision student can find the right color independently — and sighted classmates and teachers can read the print on the opposite side.

Built-in cap holder

Every topper has a holder on top that grips the marker's cap while your student colors. Pull the cap off the tip, park it on the topper, color, then cap back on the tip for storage. No caps rolling off the desk, no lost caps, no fumbling on the floor.

What you get

10 toppers, one per color: black, blue, brown, gray, green, orange, pink, purple, red, yellow
Raised print color name + Grade 1 Braille on every topper
Integrated cap holder on each topper
Durable 3D printed PLA — reusable, wipe clean

How they work

Slide the topper onto the back (butt end) of the marker — never over the writing tip.

Push until snug. The fit is firm by design so it stays put during use.

Feel the Braille (or read the print) to confirm the color before coloring.

Uncap the marker and set the cap on the holder on top while you work.

To swap, pull the topper off and move it to the matching color. Toppers are color-specific — match red to red, blue to blue.

Fits

Crayola Fine Line (fine tip) Classic markers. Sized for the standard fine-line barrel. Broad-line markers are a different size and are not a fit — I make a separate set for those.

Designed by a working VI educator

I design and print every set myself. I work daily with visually impaired students, read Grade 1 Braille fluently, and build every topper to NLS Braille dot geometry — so the Braille is accurate, not decorative.
