•       You are responsible for ensuring that the spelling, text, and personalization details you submit are accurate before placing your order.

•       We produce custom items based on the information you provide, so please review your order carefully. We are not responsible for errors in the details you submit.

•       Product images are representative. Because items are made to order, slight variations in color, finish, and texture may occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed in error or that we suspect to be fraudulent. Applicable sales tax will be added where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Production times for custom items are in addition to shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard 30-day returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL].

Personalized and custom items. Because personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, custom and personalized products are only eligible for return or replacement if they arrive defective, damaged, or were produced incorrectly on our part. Defective or damaged items. If any item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where an item was defective or our error.

All content on this site, including the Voyagers Creations name, logo, product designs, images, and text, is owned by Voyagers Creations and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse our designs or content without our written permission.
